Xbox Power Cord

I bought a 360 but the power cord it came with doesn't work. I tested it with my friend's cord so I know its the power cord and not the actual xbox. I bought it online, so it might be cheaper to buy a new cord than shipping it back the only problem is I can't find anyone who actually sells them. All the stores sell the power cords with the metal head, buy mine uses the plastic head, does anyone know where I could find one?

there are alot of xbox 360 power cables out. one for every generation xbox. xeon to jasper. all are backwards and forward compatable. the power brick is the least of the 360's problems.

yes it will. the console is the same except theres an hdmi output, its balck and has a way bigger hard drive.

i know ur not should but could you and what the voltage i have a xbox and i cant get a power cord and im freaking cheap and i have many power cords of different voltages

If we're just talking about the cord - the box or brick - then you can use any cable so long as the connector is the same.

If you're talking about the power brick/powersupply, then no. You cannot use an original Xbox power brick on a 360. The game consoles run on DC current, and providing them with a different power supply will damage your equipment, and could start a fire.

where can i buy thet xbox 360 power cord. You know that huge block and the 2nd cord that goes with? Where cna i buy that?
