Can I use my xbox parts to make a pc?

I would like to know if and how to make my own pc with the ORIGINAL xbox parts.


I don't think that's possible. I know you can make a DVD drive out of the xbox's, and technically you might be able to use the GPU, but it actually has a small amount of RAM and the CPU isn't made for PC OSes, so you couldn't actually run it like a PC.

I have a bunch of miscellaneous Xbox and PS2 parts laying around (hard drives, fans, motherboards, empty cases, half-completed systems), and I was just curious if they held any value, or if they were worth anything to people. Not that I were selling them or anything, just curious.


ask people around your neighborhood about that, or keep them because when they stop making them they might have value, or just start a coolection of that kinds of stuff and pass it on to other generations or something. or sell it to a fleamarket.

The only place would be Ebay. Stores will not buy that and if you use something like craigslist your looking to locally. Ebay is your best bet.

    Discs. Even though there are zero scratches on these discs. My console requires to be booted up three times before the game actually begins, simply because my console enjoys freezing on various parts of the process (the Xbox logo, the dashboard, the game etc).
