Xbox Microphone

It says to plug in an xbox microphone, and i have, but it wont let me choose vocals. What am i doing wrong? I tried on a controller and on the guitar.

You can't play both of them at the same time on one account. Sign in with one account and choose guitar, sign it with another account and choose vocals with the regular controller that has the headset plugged in.

i was messin with the kid cuz they said a hand job was when you get a hicky.. lmao i know so i was fucking with them and there mom came on the mic.

i just bought an xbox microphone on amazon, and call me a noob, but i can't find where to plug it in. its for the original xbox

Just plug it back of you xbox controller there is a free slots and there also for memory card And if you are saying you bought Xbox microphone for your xbox 360 it wont work

I just got an xbox 360, all the accessories that come with it, 2 years of xbox live, a microphone, and rockband2. When I join other peoples bands over live, they can talk to me but I don't know how to talk back. Also, how do I set up the microphone and what do I plug it into on the instruments and xbox360 controller?

When I am playing online games on the Xbox 360 I find that my microphone is echoing what people say. Now the problem with this is that I don't have voices coming from the surround sound, just the headset and the Microphone is -actually- OFF. So all it -should- be doing is playing the voices to me and instead it's causing an echo of their voices as well even with the mic off.

You might be hearing the echo from another player that has his/her headset too loud. It might not be you.
