my av cable broke and i have an hd one for xbox how can i use it on a regular tv
You can use the HD cables but the image will be so bad you won't be able to play.
Just input 1 of the 3 video cables into the yellow jack in the tv.
switch the xbox to HD.
Unboxing vga cables for my 22 inch lcd monitor to play my xbox off that and get some HD quality from it =) Song Copyright: Microsoft Xbox
I got an Xbox 360 and a Motorolla HDTV ready cable box. They both come with the HD cables but my TV has input for one HD device. So everytime I wana play XBOX in HD I have to unhook my cable box. Is there anyway to have both of em running in HD without unpluging one.
I bought the Hama YUV-Selector AV-760, which is able to switch even HDTV output up to 1080p. It has 5 Plugs for 4 inputs each (i.e. Audio left/right, and 3 composite plugs). I have my Wii, the Xbox 360 and my DVD player plugged in, and the picture is fantastic.
Comes with all inputs required for high definition view!
Requires the correct inputs for high definition view!
The cable is 6 feet in length!
i gotta know if the Xbox 360 AV cable is HD out of the Box. if it doesnt, what would i need for it to be HD?
It depends on which 360 you get.
If you get the arcade, it doesn't come with any HD cable. It just comes with the composite cable.
If you get the premium, it comes with the component-composite cable.
If you get the elite, it comes with HDMI and component-composite cables.
Price: $49.99
Plenty of room with the 6.5 foot long shielded cable
Get high-definition video and audio in one cable
Experience high-definition movies and games at up to 1080p resolution
I have an Xbox 360 core and I just got an HD T.V. I was looking on the internet and seen there are 2 types of HD cable. The HDMI is $50 and the HD Component cables is only $40. What is the difference and is there a certain one I need for just a core system?
The advantage of HDMI is that it has digital video and audio all in one cable, while component cables uses 5 plugs for analog video and audio.
If you have a 720p/1080i TV, you can use either one. There's practically no difference between the two. If you have 1080p, the picture might look better using HDMI, but it's not a huge difference.
You can go with either one. It's just personal preference. If you don't want the cables getting tangled, then go HDMI.
I am buying an xbox 360 pro and a 32" LCD tv soon. I am wondering if the standard AV cable is included with the xbox 360 pro or arcade. Does the standard AV cable provide HD? Do I have to buy an xbox 360 component HD-AV cable for the xbox 360, or does it come in the box?
The one that comes with the Pro and Elite is, but not the one that comes with the Arcade.
