Can i buy a 3 year warrenty for my xbox elite at Target.
i think it only comes with a 1 year warranty and you have to pay to get a 3 year warranty.

Sure, if you want to. I thought the warranty was included with the Xbox for FREE, though.

I wanted to sell my elite and wanted to kno how much everything is worth together. I have an Xbox 360 elite that it just over a year old with everything a normal elite comes with, 3 controllers, 3 battery packs for the controllers and a charger, the new xbox headset, Cod world at war, gears of war 2, beijing 2008 and fifa 09 all slightly used?

It is between £150-£200 maybe for the elite console. Cod about £27ish, or a bit more. Around £25-£30, its £44.99 new. Gears 2 between £20-£30, and other games. Take a look on ebay also. You will get an idea.

i was thinking of buying an xbox, but i have heard of many stories that the xbox breaks alot, overheats etc... but the elite doesnt? and if i do buy the xbox what should i do to prevent it from breaking?

Xbox 360's do have a tendance to break. I'm now on my third in two years. Microsoft have extended their warranty on it to three years if you get the three red lights (overheating). Other than that you have three months.

They're worth getting but only if you are gonna use xbox live. That allows you to play various games online against other users around the world.

My third xbox i have is an elite. It's still going strong and showing no sign of breaking after 10 months of use.

I bought an xbox elite thinking it was going to black, to me it looks like a dark grey. Anyways I thought I would ask how many different colors are available? It does not necessarily have to be elite, but I think thats all they make different color consoles with, right?

right now the Elite comes in black, all the other 360's come in white. they did make some "specail" Xbox 360's that released with games that have skin that represnets some part of the game. I read something from Microsoft where they are making a Red xbox to be out sometime this year. You can also buy skins to cover your xbox what ever color you want, there is also a website you can go to, to make your own skin, like put your picture on it or what ever you want.

I'm just a gamer, a hardcore one, but I'm not gonna use my xbox to play movies or music or store stuff.

Is 20 GB premium enough?

(I am planning on buying premium or elite)
Just don't wanna run out of space in case I download some games anyway.

Now that you can get an HDMI port across the board, the only thing the elite has over the other 2 models is a (bigger) hard drive. Not really worth it if you ask me.
