gta 4 xbox 360 i done the health cheat and saved it if i restart the game will i be able to get the achievement or is it gone fo ever ?

In order to unlock the achievements you would have to completely start the game over again. The reason the achievements became locked was because you used the cheat code. Rockstar in order to make unlocking the achievements a challenge made it so the game locks the achievements that corresponds with certain cheat codes.

So in order to be able to unlock the achievements you are trying to unlock you need to restart the game from the beginning and play it through without the cheat codes

Hey everyone, I recently finished GTA 4 for XBOX 360 (with the help of some cheats) - I am currently replaying it without cheats. I really want to try out the expansion Lost and Damned for XBOX 360 - but I still want to be able to play the original story . Is that going to be possible or will I only have the option to play Lost and Damned.

i cant figure out how to enter the cheats on Grand theft Auto Four for my Xbox 360. I get the cell phone up, but how do i move from number to number to select them??

use the d-pad and press down and it will move down to the numbers, then just type them in.

in order to get to the numbers you need to press up the button that brings up the cell phone (I forget which one it is) twice.
