Xbox 1

After maybe 5-6 years of use, my xbox 1 hard drive stopped working.

I have a Maxtor 51536H2 hard drive, and according to a website, this is compatible with xbox 1. Now how do I load the software onto it so my xbox can work again?

You find the software on the internet, download it, burn it to a disc, put the disc in the xbox, and follow the instructions.

I have a backup of an xbox 1 game and I'd like to play it on the 360. It shows the xbox logo, not the xbox 360 logo, and then after 5 seconds it shows a message that says can't read this 'xbox origianl game' go to xbox.com/support

it means...either that game ISN'T backwords compatible (meaning it won't work on the 360)

or "backup" means you got a burned copy and it won't work on the 360 unless you have a mod chip

i want to buy a xbox 1 but i've bought alot lately.Over the summer i got a dog and on octobor i got a laptop.My mom said i won't be getting anything for christmaus(*crys) because of all the stuff i got.How would i convince him to buy me a xbox?

The original Xbox??? I wouldnt waste my money because you could just get the xbox 360 which is waaaay better then the original xbox ....but if your really want it save up for it it's only 60-70 dollars its not that expensive but i strongly suggest to buy the Xbox 360 as i said waaaay better great games like Call of Duty 4, Gears of War, Halo 3, Assasin's Creed and others anf the Xbox Live (playing with other people online) is amazing...but yea save your money thts my suggesting

How do I burn an original xbox 1 ISO to play in my ixtreme 1.5 lite-on drive? Please help me, thanks!

The ISO should already be prepared for burning the same as a 360 ISO.

You need a Double Layer DVD Burner, DVD+R DL Disc and burning software ( Nero, Alcohol 120%, Clone CD )
