Xbmc Xbox

I just downloaded xbmc (xbox media center) on my mac computer, and it works. Now i wanna know how to sync the media center on my computer to my xbox. How do I do this?

You can't.

Your Xbox 360 can't sync media with your computer and it can't run XBMC (which is Xbox Media Center - not Xbox 360 Media Center, it was created for the ORIGINAL Xbox which had to be modchipped/softmodded to run it).

You can get your Xbox 360 to stream media from a PC though, but that's nothing to do with XBMC.

XBMC = Xbox Media Center. It is a linux program you can write to the xbox's hard drive. Can it go on the 360? People seem to have a hard time with this, even though you can put xbmc on an original xbox without any problems

No, it cannot.

There is no executable code of XBMC written to run on the Xbox 360 which is a completely different architecture to the original Xbox, even the original games have to be individually software emulated to run on the Xbox 360.

I am about to softmod my Xbox (like tomorrow) and I want XBMC. I Don't have a crossover cable and I Don't have a Router.
Is there a way I can Burn it to a disc or use a regular Ethernet Cable????

Yes, download SID (Softmod Installer Deluxe) for Xbox softmodding. See link below.

Burn the files to a bootable CD-R that is compatible with your Xbox's DVD drive.

However, if you have already softmodded your Xbox to run UnleashX etc. then you can copy the XBMC files directly from a compatible CD-R (if you copy them onto a CD first)! As your softmodded Xbox will be able to read data off CDs.
