Modding Xbox

Can someone tell me or give me a tutorial for led modding a xbox 360 controller?

I thinks its really cool, i want a blue dome and the a,b,y,x, buttons to light up according to the color of their casings=D

Don't know if there's a simple one since the process involves soldering tiny parts, but here's a link to an excellent tutorial.

I was just wondering if modding (flashing) an Xbox 360 will interfere with Live. I know someone who went through with it, and now she can't access Live anymore.

Also, if modding the 360 does cause problems, is there any way to restore your access to Live without having to replace the Xbox?

If you use a hardware mod then you will lose Live, now there are some firmware mods that are untraceable on live but even then your taking a risk. Hope this helps.

What wire should i use for xbox 360 controller modding, im putting in leds, and i did some reaserch and it say use 30 gauge wire, idk where to get it, dont you need a positive and negagitve?? HELP

Where do the buttons go? Do I have to like drill a hole in the controller or something? I dont get it! Help anyone know a modding guide?

I have already put a dashboard onto the xbox and I need help putting files and applications onto the hard drive.

If your xbox is set up like mine, in your E: drive, there should be a folder called apps. If not, create it. That is where all your apps go. The F: drive is usually for storing games and movies and other multimedia. DON"T MESS WITH THE C: DRIVE!!! this is all your important crap and such. Most everything goes into the E: drive.
