Karaoke Games Xbox 360

Another question about the Xbox 360. I just got an Xbox 360 recently so I'm still learning about all the games and accessories. My question is this about all the Music/Karaoke games on the Xbox 360.

There are a lot of music/karaoke games (Lips; Karaoke Revolution; American Idol Encore; Disney Sing It; Rock band, Guitar Hero) and they all come with their own microphones.

I do know that the Lips wireless microphone will work for GH:metallica, and will work for RB2 in the summer, but it wont work for the other games.

so my question is this

Is there a universal microphone that will work with all of these games mentioned above? (or at least most of them) I would love the full name, and the list of the games it's compatible with.

Nope, there's no one-for-all microphone.

All the games except Lips use the same type of USB-connected microphone and are fully interchangeable, but Lips needs its own special motion-sensing mics. And as you've said, other games are starting to patch in support for the Lips mic (which is nice, because I really like those wireless mics).

I've been wanting a karaoke game for my xbox or xbox 360, but don't know a good one. Can anyone give me a list of like lots of different kind, like genres or artists??

Lips for the XBOX 360.
You can plug in your iPod or Zune, and there's loads of songs and it's really cheap now.

If so...are there any karaoke games for the Xbox 360? I know about the Dance dance game and the guitar game but i want to know about karaoke games.

Like the first question stated, the Xbox 360 is backwards compatible;However, only with about 350 games. To answer your other question though, Karaoke Revolution is a great choice for a singing game. Not to mention once you get the microphone, you can go and purchase Rock Band and have one h3ll of a time!
