I have recently bought a xbox 360 and an intercooler with it, but my friend says that the intercooler could cause dust to get in it and break it quicker than it would without an intercooler. Is this true?
If it's going to RRoD, it's going to RRoD, you can't do anything to combat a machine built that poorly.
Here is some trailer footage and gameplay from Just Cause for the Xbox 360
If i chage the covers on my xbox 360 will it cause it to get red lights? i have heard about this before
Nope. If you get the three red lights it's because of an internal hardware failure which couldn't be caused by changing the cover as long as you aren't too frisky and damage something while changing it.

I figured I'd put a DVD case under the Xbox to elevate it a bit and give it some extra vent space on the bottom, but ive noticed tiny scratches appearing on my brothers in arms HH and Call of duty games and only specifically those games. The Xbox is Horizontal by the way.
If the item you put under it is the same size or bigger than the 360, it shouldn't cause scratches. Since you put something smaller than the console under it, it may have caused it to wobble a bit when the disk spins which throws the drive off and makes the laser touch the game disk, causing the scratches.

About a week ago my Xbox 360, that i had purchased about a year and a half ago, got the red ring of death. Its currently being fixed, so i borrowed a friends xbox 360 for the time being. I plugged it in using MY power brick, and tv cables, and within 30 minutes it too got the Red ring of death. Could there be something wrong with my power brick? or do i just have some seriously messed up luck?
Well dude I would seriously consider getting a new power brick because that is probably what is up. Another problem could be your houses wiring, if you electrical system in your house is bad then you'll fry and 360 like nothing. But either way i am almost certian that the issue is faulty power
I'm actually still waiting on the shipping box to get here but I will be sending it out very soon. I keep hearing stories from people that oh it takes forever, the xbox they send you back is crap, the service sucks....etc. For the people that already had their xbox 360 crap out and sent it in. What is it like? I just want to know so I can prepare myself if anything bad is going to happen. Is it as bad as some people say it is?
Ok, well the delay is somewhat long.. but for the most cases it's not too bad.
The service is not bad at all, they don't really talk to you in anyway either. Just gotta be a bit patient with them. Nothing bad should happen and should be receiving the same thing you shipped in. Don't forget to leave out your Harddrive.
If an error does occur, I recommend calling them if they don't contact you, and also call them if it does take forever.
But anyway, my experience was pretty satisfying, only a tad bit long and got what I wanted.. a working 360.
Don't sweat on it too much, just be a bit patient ya know.

Does Xbox 360 Video Marketplace Work In Australia? | Kotaku Australia
Over on Gizmodo AU, Nick has tested the Zune Video Marketplace, currently in beta but set for launch in November. He notes that while the service has been met with a lukewarm response in the US where they’ve had an Xbox Live Video Marketplace for several years now, it’s a different story for Australia.
“Here in Australia, we have iTunes, we have TiVo and we have Foxtel, but the truth is that the Zune Video Marketplace is a much easier and superior experience to both of those.”
Nick notes that “Microsoft have told us that in order to get an HD picture, you need a 3mbps connection, and 4mbps for Full HD.” However, the results of another test of the beta suggest that might not be the case.
