Half Life 2 Xbox 360

I have been searching for hours now for this to be answers. I want to have a weapon spawn in front of me at the begining of the game so I can kill some gaurds, but I cant do that because I dont know how to enter console cheats

so how do you open the menu for the console cheats, for Half-Life 2?

There are no console cheats for Half Life 2 on the 360 only PC.

I'm thinking about buying The Orange Box for XBOX 360, which includes Half-Life 2. I was given Half-Life 2 for PC as a gift a few years ago, but could never get it to work on my older PC. Does anybody know about any differences between the two versions? I'm guessing the graphics are better for XBOX 360, right? Thanks!

Everything is, more or less, the same. The graphics did get a slight kick in the transition to the console releases, but if you had played the PC version, things would look familiar. I own Orange Box (360) and Half-Life 2 (PC); they're pretty much the same, except I didn't buy the Episodes and now I have them :)

Well, Episode One was made WITHOUT achievements in mind, so it has the easiest achievements, as the original HL2 is just way longer. I also thought EP1 was easy compared to EP2, so it's win win for you.

So my question is how do I do it on the Xbox 360 not the pc. I know how to do it on the pc.

yes open then console with the ~ key and type in sv_cheats 1 .
then use my source to do whatever cheats you want to do. With the computer version there is a lot more you can do.
