In order to unlock the achievements you would have to completely start the game over again. The reason the achievements became locked was because you used the cheat code. Rockstar in order to make unlocking the achievements a challenge made it so the game locks the achievements that corresponds with certain cheat codes.

So in order to be able to unlock the achievements you are trying to unlock you need to restart the game from the beginning and play it through without the cheat codes

Can I rent GTA 4 for Xbox 360 and download it to my hard drive?

My current GTA 4 is scratched up pretty bad and the xbox can't read it. Can I rent another GTA 4, download it to my xbox hard drive, and then be able to play with my scratched up disc?

You can't force it... it chooses the best connection to be a host.

Beat the 1st or 2nd mission, you'll get your cell phone, press up on the d-pad to bring up the cell phone and then select multiplayer. From there it should be quite self explanatory.

    Not worth the price of buying a gaming setup like the PC. How many thousands to get the game playing like that and it still had some lag with graphics. I also don’t remember it being so blue, maybe the settings were different. I used to be a massive PC gamer but after buying a console I am quite happy not to have to upgrade every six months to play the new latest game. I don’t know. What does anyone else think?
