Call Of Duty 3 Xbox 360

I have both an xbox 360 and and playstation 3 and cant decide if i should get call of duty 5 on either one. Is there any added features in any or which one would be better suited for the game?

Support for PS3:
free online play
better graphic(maybe, PS3 uses blue ray as oppose to the 360's high def but i'm not sure if the developers added more realistic textures in the PS3 version)

Support for 360:
It is a gaming console as oppose to an entertainment system so theoretically it should be better on the 360

Call of Duty 3 for Xbox 360

Is there a way to find out your total amount of ranked match points on Call of Duty 3 XBOX 360 for all the ranked matches you've played? I wanna see how close I am to the next achievement.

On leaderboards, look for you gamertag, and somewhere in the data that you receive you'll see how many points you have.

my friend has call of duty 3 for his reg xbox and he plays it online if i buy call of duty 3 for xbox 360 can i still play with him online thanks

You won't be able to because there on two entirely separate systems. The only exception is when Microsoft does the Console Clash Battle when they pit PC Gamers aganist the Console Gamers in a game that both can play, however they haven't done this in a while.

I have just got call of duty 3 on the Xbox 360 and love using the multiplayer function. However, im really having trouble becoming connected to game sessions. Even when the connection quality is at 5 stars and there are few players in the game, i can very rarely connect. I have been creating my own games so far but they dont always take off and get many people involved. So, my question in a nutshell is how can i get onto the game sessions more efficiently?

For some reason, CoD3 is very sensitive to router settings. If you are using a router, make sure your NAT is open. Also check the game manual to see what ports should be opened. When I first got CoD3, I had the same problem you do. Even though my 360 was in the DMZ, I still had a very difficult time joining games. I did a little research and found out that I needed to open up my NAT settings and the proper ports. Now I can get into any match. Good luck.

Just asking because I don't see a difference between call of duty 3 and call of duty 5. The only difference is that call of duty 5 has flame throwers. And call of duty 3 got a better rating then call of duty 5.

Yes, plenty of people play CoD 3. But not nearly as many as CoD WaW (5)

Call of Duty 3 was way ahead of it's time that is why it achieved such a great score, to today's standards it is not as good as CoD 5. The graphics are much better and there is a huge story difference. In CoD 3 you play Canadian soldiers. In CoD 5 you play American and Russian soldiers. Hope this helps!
