Broken Xbox

OK, i turn on my Xbox (not 360) and it pops up a screen that says ATTENTION: Your xbox needs service. how do i fix it and is it broken? PLEASE HELP! i will automatically pick the one tht works as the best answer.

You can have a look at it yourself. These problems are quite often very easy to fix.

So my xbox is broken. Its the original. It worked fine, but one day, this red ring started flashing. How much will it cost to fix it?

Edit- sorry I didn't see where you said it was the original Xbox. It will probably cost you more to fix it than it would to buy a new or used one.

My Xbox got the RRoD. I was wondering if I could just buy an Xbox arcade, and put the hard drive from my broken Xbox in the arcade? Also what would be some of the differences between an arcade with a 20GB hard drive and the regular 20GB xbox?

You can take the hard drive from your broken 360 and put it into the arcade.

The 20 gb hard drive is now upgraded to a 60 gb hard drive for the premium 360.

The main difference (besides the hard drive) between the arcade and the premium is that the premium comes with a headset, a component-composite cable, and an ethernet cable.

Now my controller is broken "i think" it's wireless and when i turn it on all it does is blink (all four lights simutaneously) and i know it's NOT because of low batteries because i have 2 controllers and it works fine with the other one. and i've tried syncing it to the xbox but it doesn't do anything, but it does blink in sync with the xbox after the lights stop spining but then it just returns back to having all four lights blinking. Can anyone help?

only thing to do is get a new one sorry

I just mailed in my broken xbox 360 from Seattle to the PRP place in Texas. I was wondering approxiamtely how long until I have the replacement voucher in my hands? That is, I want to know how long it takes them to process the transaction and send me the voucher. Anyone who has mailed an xbox and received a voucher please help!!!

When I returned mine because of the RROD I got my gift card pretty quickly, probably within a week of them receiving the shipment.
