Against Microsoft Xbox 360

I heard a rumor that people are trying to gather up and file a suit or something against Microsoft?

Yes as people were getting a class action suit started, microsoft decided to stop charging people $160 to fix their 360s RROD and they extended the warranty. THey problem is they continue to sell Flawed systems that they know are flawed. That's why they are not publically stated that the New 65nm (falcon chip , Heat sink ) models and elites are going to be RROD free, it's because those knew things haven't been fixed because the problem isn't only the heat.

And if they were to state that the Red ring of death is fixed then they would be in for a bigger suit and they would be even more liable by admitting that all the other systems are flawed and should have been been recalled and replaced or taken off the shelves before they were sold to begin with.

While this has been touched on previously, there doesn't appear of been any progress or lessons learnt by Microsoft. I am now on my 7th Xbox 360, have spent over 20 hours on travel, phone calls and dealing with stores and Microsoft Xbox 360 Complaints Dept. I find it hard to believe that I am the only customer to experience this. I am now in the process of taking legal action against Microsoft. Why should I be left out of pocket and with something that doesn't do what it is meant to? Microsoft have released a product that has shown to have so many issues and no one held them accountable. More importantly how can companies keep getting away with screwing over consumers?

Hi D, rest assures you are not the only one who is facin this issue. There are lot more people who face these issues but accept the situation as it is. It is really good to know that you'll fighting a case against Microsoft. Microsoft is a business giant so there are very few people who'll have the gut to file a case against this company. I suggest you to put your story on http://customercomplaint.in. This website provides an online board to put complaints. This way it helps in putting the aggrieved customers together in their against injustice and it also pressurizes companies to mend their ways.

Hi! Because Microsoft they built & made a horrible console. The original Xbox was good. Now with the Xbox 360 it is a horrible console. It has 31% 3RROD & now Xbox LIVE server are down. How could Microsoft to sell this horrible console? Is it there employees? If there's a rally protest against Microsoft, I AM THERE!!! Lets of us make a ARMY of Million!!! ARE YOU WITH ME!

There already are two calss action suits filed against microsoft, one for disc scratching and one for Red ring of death... Just do a search for 360 halo 3 microsoft lawsuit and you'll find the actuall court filings ...

360 originally had a 3 month warranty unless you bought extended from microsoft....They only reset it to 3 years because kids got wise and parents began investigating and filing suits..

No, why should they, PS3 is ridiculously priced and the Wii is no comparison and is for a completely different market than the 360.
