I believe you need to have action replay max evo edition which comes with a USB pen designed to transfer game saves and cheat codes between the XBOX and a PC.

i bought this action replay today but i dont know how to get it to work where does it hook into my console at? I know what to do on the computer with it though i just need to know where it hooks into my xbox at.


usually for an Xbox you'll need a memory card to plug into the USB connector port. I though you had to plug the AR plug into the back of the Xbox but you need a memory card instead.

    Serves them right in my opinion, since when has unlicensed third party ever been connected with quality? Sure it may have been cool if you wanted to cheat your way through a game with action replay but what kind of experience are you getting there? Microsoft is doing the right thing here. Sure you pay more for licensed product but in the end don’t you want to support the company that brings you the product in the first place?

    Eh, I don’t know if I agree with that. The Action Replay was a game changer, a way to cheat that could effectively change other peoples gaming experiences as well. All this is is an alternative storage device. Last generation, tons of aftermarket companies had cheap storage devices for sale, and none of the big three had a problem with it. Now, though, every thing seems to be third party only. I miss the freedom of choice we used to have.
