I want to insert wiiclip v3 for backups but I don't know which lenght in mm .50 is. i DON'T want answers like "buy one on ebay". please. help me.

When you say tri-wing, are you talking about a phillips screwdriver? Those are usually very cheap, i've seen packs of them at Mendards for $4 to $5.

Phillips screwdrivers are the most common screwdrivers, btw.

I have a Wii and on the WiiMote the only screws are underneath the battery cover, 4 screws visible when the batteries are removed, all Phillips screws.

On the WiiNunchuck controller there are two screws visible, and again both phillips

well i tried to open my wii remote to figure out how to fix it but there is a y shaped screw to unscrew the screw ....if yoiu know what i mean ? how do i get it or in?

The screw is called a Tri-Wing. You need a Tri Wing Bit to unscrew it.

My 2 year old daugther inserted some papers into the disc slot of my Nintendo Wii and now it does not read discs. I have tried to open it but it has two "three-wing" screws in the bottom. How can I open it without the special screwdriver that I have not found anywhere?

You can buy the special screw driver for about $4-$6 dollars on ebay.

Well I dropped my wii and the power and reset button are jammed in. I cant really do anything to get it to unjam without trying to unscrew it; but that requires a very specific screwdriver (triwing screwdriver), which is only available online. I want to make that my last resort, so any suggestions?

Maybe you can try to make a tiny, hook-like object (like bending the tip of a needle, or paperclip) and try to pull the buttons out into place.
