I mean I press the B button and I do the following movements but the super movements won't appear and i am right infront of the sensor. How can i fix this?
i meant i press A but it won't work for some reason. it's frustrating me.
You might be a little too close to the sensor. Make sure that there are no bright lights anywhere near the t.v. and take a step back. If that's still not working, go into the Wii menu and change the settings for the sensor bar.

Hi I am new to wii world, i'm getting the Mortal Kombat game. Is it for two people playing at the same time? Do i also need to get specific controls?
Thanks!
No you can use many different controls you can use a Game cube controller too, I'll use the Gamecube control lot easyer to play. but use the Wiimote for an extra challenge.
IT is four player for when you play motor combat a funny racing mini game. fighting is just two of course.

It's a problem that is strongly ticking me off. It shows that I am doing the super movee but then it doesn't always pick up and when it does pick up I get attack by an opponent and I keep dying that way. Are there any techniques on how to get the sensor to pick up the super moves so it won't cause any delay and sometimes it picks up the wrong super moves I performed. GAH. Also, I can't seem to perform fatalities and I tried but it won't work. I can't rip people's heads or arms off. Please help. Thanks.
I've had a similar problem but I was able to do the super moves without a problem. My problem was when I was trying to do the fatalities, I was standing too far away and the top of wii-mote (where the infared sensor is) was really dirty. Once I cleaned it off and moved a little closer to the tv (about 4 feet) I didn't have a problem. The fatalies can be difficult to do though, as it doesn't always work. Try cleaning off the top of your wii-mote and standing closer to the sensor bar. If that doesn't work, I would call Nintendo for help...1-800-255-3700

The Mortal Kombat That Should Have Been [Midway] : ZergWatch Video ...
Ex-Midway artist Vincent Proce went back to the drawing board for a pitched, but ultimately rejected visual reboot of the developer’s venerable Mortal Kombat franchise, posting the results of that back-to-basics design plan on his personal blog. Proce, who contributed to Midway’s final fighting game ( Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe ) before being snapped up by Warner Bros, wrote that the re-imagining of the MK franchise proposed “mixing modern muti-player and dismemberment game design with the original fighting mechanic.” The artist’s take on four Mortal Kombat mainstays—Raiden, Kano, Scorpion and Sonya Blade—are dramatic, gritty and, for the most part, a welcome change. Proce describes his Scorpion as “a wraith wearing the yellow blood of the demon” that resurrected him, his Kano as “half Japanese half US military bad ass.” His Sonya, which will likely draw the most criticism, was redesigned as “the daughter of a Texas Ranger who’s sex appeal weakens her opponents while her Special Forces training kicks their asses.” Finally, his Raiden pitch portrays “a god [whose] feet rarely touch the ground.” We’re not sure what direction the Mortal Kombat team is taking the series at its new home, but I’m personally hoping it’s more along these lines—a darker, more dramatic, less comic book-like treatment with a pared down cast—than what we got with Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe. I enjoyed that game as much as the next guy, but I like my MK with a little less Wonder Woman. Here are the never before seen Mortal Kombat characters… [Vincent Proce Art Blog via GameSetWatch / SRK Forums ]
