Mortal Combat 4 came out for N64 and other consoles but the thing is since its a mature game I don't know if ill ever be released in the Wii shop since most of the game aren't mature
No, it probably won't, considering the financial troubles that Midway is going through right now. Besides, MK4 is the least liked of all the Mortal Kombats, I feel and the one that time was not at all kind to (the character models are rough, to say the least).
Maybe, if Midway was smart, they would re-release MK2 for Wii Shop and add online play (like they did for the PS3 and Xbox). If that sells well (hypothetically), then maybe they might add the whole arcade series...but that's just a hypothetical situation.

is there running or swing very much?
I'll happily answer your question nicely!
I got MK Armageddon a few weeks ago, and I enjoy playing it! :D
The Wii Remote movements are incorporated so you can pull off special moves with your MK fighter more easily.
Simple movements of the Wii remote like up-down, down-up, left-rigt, right-left, lower half circle, and uper half circle will varry on which special move your fighter does. Plus remember that it's all done by holding and then releasing the B button on the Wii remote.
I like using the Wii remote and nunchuck controls, but I prefer the more classic way of playing MK games with the origonal controls on a controller. The Classic Controller will work great if you have one.
Also if you don't feel like fighting, you can race MK style in Morat Kombat; which you play by holding the Wii remote sideways, like playing Excite Truck.
You can also go on an adventure with MK character Taven in Konquest mode.
There are also lots of things to unlock, and you can create profiles, and your own create-a-fighter!
Hope this helps, so have fun! :D

Johnny Cage Explains: Mortal Kombat Is Not A Tournament [Humor]
Participating in a Mortal Kombat fight to the death is scary enough as it is, but Johnny Cage’s explanation of how a tournament works, apparently lost on Shang Tsung, is a good public service announcement. That is, if you plan on holding your own Mortal Kombat contest any time soon and plan on letting a four-armed beast with an IQ like Goro’s run the logistics for you. It’ll all make sense when you watch College Humor’s new video. Mortal Kombat Is Not A Tournament [College Humor]
