Black Wii

hi,i hear that there is a black wii,but i have never seen one in stores,my friends say that there is only one in th world like that without any skin,as i have seen in a nintendo power magazine,i saw a man holding a black wiimote/nunchuck...(the buttons were black too,so it is not a skin.) if you know were to find a black wii could you please tell me?

Sorry to say but theirs only white wiis.And your Friend is wrong theirs more then one black Wii but those were moded.And the guy who was holding it was president of Nintendo of Japan you see the Wii was organelle black but they changed it for the color white.They leter said black Wiis will come out in the future yet than they said they don't plan on making a black wii no more.You can get a black Wii but you'll have to make it yourself


And the guy above is wrong Nintendo won't change the color of your Wii that truly a false statement.

I am thinking about getting the black Wii. My mom has a friend in Japan, we could send her the money, and she would send it to us, but I don't know what languages it comes installed with. I need to know if it's like the DSi's and only comes with the 3 primary languages of the country you buy it from, or if it has all the old Wii does.

hi I have a black wii but only have one remote. To buy a black remote costs more than to buy a white one. So can a white remote work on a black wii or not?

The black remote costs more because the console is a special edition version.

There is no problem in using the black remote on a white Wii, and visa-versa!

my white nunchuk is messed up, and i like how the black one looks. I don't have money to get the black wii remote too, and I really want to play Metroid Prime Trilogy. So will the White Wii remote work with the black nunchuk? I don't see why it wouldn't, but I wanna make sure.

yes, they work together. i've been doing mix and match for weeks (wiimotes, nunchucks, and even a Classic Controller)


for what it's worth, i prefer the black nunchuck because the underside is a matte (textured) finish, so it isn't slippery like the all-glossy white one. much, much easier for those long Mario Kart Wii WFC sessions ...
