This is what my little brother wanted to ask because he can't work out how to ask a question himself.
I am answering this from my experience with extra toggle in LEGO Star Wars. You just turn it on and go into freeplay and it gives you some extra characters (good but useless).

So i have lego batman wii, and i finished both the levels with batman and robin AND the levels with all the evil villians, but it says im only 47% done? Am i missing something? are there any hidden levels?
not hidden levels but you most likely missed missions and certain things that you can do

i was trying to create a character on Lego Batman but can't do it.
its somewhere in the batcave, you go into one of the machines (that gives you other suits) i think...n then there's a create mode where you can choose different clothes for your character...i'll have to double check though...
My 6 year old is so excited about this game but can't beat Clayface. He said that he can get him down to 2 hearts, but doesn't know what to do to defeat him. Any suggestions?
Use the battrang to hit the three circles above Clayface. It spins them all and then he dies.
I am looking into getting Lego Batman and was wondering which system to get it for, the nintendo DS or the Wii. I know some of the DS games shorten the original game down and was wondering if that is also true for the DS version and Wii version. Any comments about either version of the game will be great.
Lego Batman is waaaaaaay better for the Wii. It has better graphics, and it's more fun than the DS version.

Activision's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 holds on at the top of the All Formats All Prices video game chart for a fourth consecutive week. Despite a seven per cent drop in sales no other game is able to take advantage, the closest contender being EA's FIFA 10 at No.2 which recorded a 24 per cent sales increase.
Assassin's Creed II and New Super Mario Bros. Wii each slip a place to No.3 and 4 respectively, Wii Sports Resort is at No.5 with a 30 per cent sales jump, and Wii Fit Plus takes sixth place with a 21 per cent week on week sales increase.
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games is a non-mover at No.7, one place above LEGO Indy 2 at No.8 which stormed up the chart thanks to a 74 per cent sales boost resulting from retailer price promotions.
