Playstation 2 Multitap

I have a Yobo multitap for use with the Playstation 2. The only problem is, when I plug the multitap, it only reads the A controller. Also, when I play Rock Band, it won't read it. What do I have to do to make the B slot read?

I have a Playstation 2 Multitap and it doesn't fit in the proper slot. It has a little groove that gets in the way of plugging it into the PS2. Why is this, and what can I do about it?

If you got the big PS2 then you might have gotten the Slim PS2 mutitab. Or you have a slim PS2 with a big PS2 multitab. The point is the two are incompatible. You may want to take it to a used game store and trade it in for one the is made for your console.

yes. it wont the touch sensitive buttons of course since those are on the playstation 2 controllers only. if its not an analog controller, it probably wont read the controller

This converts my ps2 controller to usb so i can use my ps2 controllers for my ps3 i just want to know if it would work if i plugged my multi tap into this converter and then plug the ps2 controllers into the multi tap. will i be able to use all four ps2 controllers that are plugged into the multi tap which is plugged into the converter?????

I would believe so, as long as you have the converter it should work.

Don't take my word for it though, this is one of the few things i have yet to try.

If i figure out within the next 5 days i shall let you know.

a good place to buy a multitap is any video game store or ebay, as for model number, my way is eithe ryou have a fat or a slim, and multitaps will work for both, so that doesnt matter
