To answer your question, Mortal Kombat you can buy off the PSN (playstation network shop) but as for the Mario Games... Mario is NINTENDO and playstation is SONY. Those are two differnent gaming companies so the likely hood that you will EVER see any Mario games for Playstation is, well, none. Sorry. :(

Your BEST BET would be either get an old used SNES (Super Nintendo which you can find on ebay or amazon.com) and purchase the game titled "MARIO ALLSTARS" which has mario 1, 2, 3, Super mario world, and mario "the lost levels" (that game was made exclusivly for Japan).

OR

You could also (if you don't have one already) purchase a Nintedo Wii. The Wii has games that you can buy via it's online service VERY SIMILIAR TO THE "PSN" (playstation network). From there you can purchase all those games (Mario 1, 2, and 3 and some other fun mario classics such as mario 64 and mario kart 64 and lots of others) for under 8 bucks each!!!!

Now how much would I get in total, it would help if somone whos answering knows for sure, or works in EB Games or maybe knows somone who does.

You would get garbage. I'm talking probably not even a hundred dollars. Do yourself a favor, open an Ebay account, or have someone open one for you. Sell all of this as a LOT on Ebay and you'll probably get well over 200 dollars for the stuff.

All GameStop is going to do, is give you anywhere from 25 cents to 5 dollars a game, and turn around and sell them for about 1000 percent of what they paid you. Don't support those crooks.
