I basically got the game from a friend, but he lost the instruction manual booklet that came with it.
can anyone tell me the controls, how to do the spells and any other important game information from the booklet please.

The basic controls e.g. move,jump.. are the same as most other games.
I have the game so here are a few of the controls:
Take out wand - Triangle
Cast Spell - Right Stick (there are different movements which you will learn through the game)
Talk to character - Square
Most of the other controls you will find through the game.

you have to have the memory card looking thing.if you mean that by adapter then you should have it working. =D
