Crazy Taxi Playstation 2

I had alot of fun with this game. Its pretty easy and I liked just driving around. Its pretty addicting too.

Crazy Taxi (PS2) Gameplay

The disk is as clean and clear as the day it was bought. I took great care of my game disks. Not even one small mark on my "Crazy Taxi" game for Dreamcast... I digress.

The older PS2 I have says the disk is unreadable. The new thin PS2 says to put in a playstation or playstation 2 disk in. Back in the day when GTA 3 had come out, I was able to get it to work just fine. BUT after 4 years of being in the Army, and a year more before of working when not in school, doing homework, or sleeping, I have forgotten what the secret was to getting the gameshark to work.

Again, What is the secret to getting a gameshark for a playstation 2 to work in a new thin or older fat system?

PS: Got really bored and decided to raid my old room at my parent's house to see what kind of games and systems I still had. Surprising how fun some of the older games are.

Just keep trying. The Gameshark is not official PS2 software, its a soft-mod disc. Neither PS2 console will read it as quickly as a PS2 game. Its gonna take some patience.

I live in England, UK and I was looking to sell my PlayStation 2 and some games to raise funds for either a PlayStation 3 or a Microsoft Xbox 360. Could someone please tell me a rough sum to how much I would get for this:

Sony PlayStation console (used)
2 Official Sony PlayStation DualShock 2 controllers (1used other rarely used)
8MB Memory Card (used)
GTA: San Andreas ; FIFA 08, WWE Smackdown! vs. RAW ; FIFA 07 ; Crazy Taxi and Gran Turismo 3 (all used)

I know that the Sony PlayStation 3 (60GB version) has Backward Compatibility but they do not sell this version anymore in the UK. Please help... Thanks

Hard to say. I would suggest doing a search on Ebay, using ADVANCED SEARCH and check the box for completed auctions only. This way you'll get an idea of what the going price is.

I have owned a PS2 for about a year, and need some more good games for it. I currently have 19 games, they are Bully, Gran Turismo 3 and 4, NFS UnderCover and UnderGround 2, MOH: Rising Sun, Burnout (original), Soulcaliber 3, Crazy Taxi and a few more.

What would be some good games to get or games that are coming soon that I can pre-order? I like racing/driving games, shooters, action adventure games, fighting games and RPGs.

If you sell on ebay you count probably get like $100. At Gamestop/EB they will probably only give you like 50-75 only because the PS2 will be funny outdated by next year. This means, they will stop making games for the PS2, so if you sell it now, you definitely will make more than if you wait.
