Where can I buy the games Frequency & Amplitude ( Made By Harmonix) and for how much? I need this before Christmas.. quick answers much appreciated.
> thanks in advance <
Try finding it at a gamestop or a eb games. Anywhere you can buy used games. They are only sold used now since the ps2 is out dated. I believe it will cost you no more than 15 dollars since they aren't very known games.
Here is me playing one of the easier, but also one of my favorite songs in the PS2 game, Amplitude, and getting the highest score I've ...
Not including Guitar Hero for PC,what can you suggest?
Best suggestion is 10 points.
Frequency was just like Amplitude, just different songs. Also on PS2. Or perhaps Boom Boom Rocket on 360. I do not know of any for PC. D'oh.
Price: $36.99

Any tips for playing the game on insane?
I just finished it on brutal, and I wanna play the whole thing on INSANE.
Also, I haven't been able to find the game that came before it, FreQuency anywhere. Bummer.
Focus on the "extras" (slow, blaster, etc.) that will help you the most. Go right to left or left to right instead of jumping around on random tracks. It's pretty easy once you get through the first song or two :-)
I want to buy one of them from gamestop.com, but i want to know which is the better game.
I owned Amplitude wayyy back in 2003. But i lost it when i moved so i kinda forget what the game was like. But i heard Frequency is better??
Which should i pick up?
I played Frequency and it was ok, I was never into those games where you had to press the buttons in a sequence to get a good score.
I love Amplitude.
My favorite song is Computer Kontroller.
I have beaten every song on every difficulty.
I love the game, Amplitude. I think it is the greatest PS2 game that ever was and ever will be. People who hate it should be shot and left for dead in the desert and have the vultures rip your eyes out. You only hate it 'cause you suck balls at it.
I don't have a favorite song. Most of them are really good. I like Super-Sprode and Computer Controller, they would definitely be in my top five.
Unfortunately, I have yet to beat it but I'm working on it.

The Greedy Gamer: Feelin' the Beat
My problem is with the save point system system found in most PS2 roleplaying games. On a few occasions, I'd start playing an RPG and couldn't save my game when I'd finished exercising. The first few times, I continued playing until I was able to save my game. But I soon found myself avoiding exercise because I knew that I'd have to commit at least an hour or two to progress the storyline in the games I was playing. I've decided to switch my focus (and my wallet) over to another type of game: music/rhythm games. I already have four Guitar Hero games for my PS2 that I've decided to play using my PS2 controller. I was playing Guitar Hero the other night and really enjoyed it. Playing without...
