Star Wars Playstation 3

My sons recently received a PlayStation 3, 120GB as a birthday present. They REALLY want to play Star Wars Battlefront 2 on it, but when they insert the disk it tells them it is not compatible.

Is it possible to play this particular game on a 120GB system at all?

The game is for PS2. 120GB PS3s are not compatible with PS2 games. Sorry, you can't do anything right now to make PS2 games compatible with your model. PS1 games will work on all PS3s, though.

@ the other answer: That PS2 system data isn't for making PS3s compatible with PS2 games... It's for something else for backwards compatible models.

I,ve heard about this awesome game called star wars the force unleashed. What I,m wondering is what are the features for the Playstation 3. Like will there be multiplayer co op or online versus stuff like that. Anyone know I can,t find any results. Thanks!!!

The game is different for each console. The Playstation 3 and XBox 360 will have the next generation technology including Digital Molecular Matter (DMM), by Pixelux Entertainment as well as euphoria by NaturalMotion Ltd, which will add a "real" life feeling to the game. The only downfall to having these next gen technologies are that there will be no multi-player.

There is a rumor that there will be a multiplayer for the Xbox 360 though. The other consoles will have different levels and extra bonus levels because they will not have the next gen technologies. The Nintendo Wii as of now is the only console to have Multiplayer.

Line it up with control sticks till they're green, then go down and start bringing it down. Tie fighters will come out. Wait until the last minute, then destroy the tie fighters (by grabbing and throwing them), Rinse and Repeat until its down.

I found some cheats for the Star Wars 3 game for Playstation 2. They must be entered at the options menu, which I cannot find. Anyone know where it is?

It is on the main screen on your loaded game like your about to play and you have to go to settings and then codes and enter them! Hope that helps.
