I know that on the target version (which is the one I have) that after you get the first set of coins, you can use him until you complete all the 1080s on target mountain, but after that and for the rest of the game i was never able to use/be him again. is there some kind of code to unlock him as a playable character at any point in the game, or am i just stuck with the default player?

lol, which 1? try getting off your board and seeing where it is, and then walking up the mountain to get to it
I don't understand how to find the coins. I have found 2 of them but that's only because they were right in front of my face. There's a little compass thing in the bottom right hand corner but i try and go towards the coins and they never seem to get any closer... HELP PLEASE

how do I get it to Shaun White? I understand that I am supposed to go back to Park City and find him. But I see Shaun White standing on the mountain like a statue and I get up right in front of him and there's nothing. What am I supposed to do to talk to him?
You have to find his hideout in Park City. Look at the map there should be an orange shawn white head. That's were you need to go to drop off the coins.
