Nyko PS3

Ive been researching about the nyko ps3 intercooler and mostlry 3/4ths of the reviews i read said it was really bas fr the system? Y is it bad? Does it not do what its suppose to?

Hi, before i start do NOT buy one, they are a waste of money and do nothing at all.
Some people say that they are bad because they push the hot air that came out of the ps3 back into it. So yes it can be bad for the system and for your final question it doesn't do what its supposed to, it might blow air into it but whether that is cold air or hot air I don't know. If you had a 360 if you brought one it would actually break the xbox sooner or later as it would take too much power away from the xbox, causing the xbox to malfunction, and then getting the RROD. So don't get one, don't risk making your ps3 get even hotter, the ps3 can breath on its own perfectly for many's of hours without rest, along as you simply give it 10cm to breath. The ps3 has been tested in very hot temperatures and always worked and they left one on for 108 hours and still worked fine after that. So unless you have the 0.01percent failure rate ps3 it will work perfectly for a long time. Thank you and hope this helps:)

so yea. which controller shud i get? a logitech ps3 wireless controller, or the nyko ps3 wireless controller? and i'm gonna get it off ebay so i need help on deciding which 1 i shud get

Nyko, by a long shot. I have the Nyko and I absolutely love it. I see newer versions have the built in NiMH batteries that can charge from the PS3 (just like the PS3 controllers) and that's just awesome. I have the version that takes 2 AA batteries (which still takes months to drain).

No. The PS2 guitars do not have the PS button so they don't work. I understand you can get the game running with a controller, then plug the guitar into to USB to PS adapter and make it work, ie you can strum and use the fret buttons, but the whammy bar will not work. Lots of people are upset by this so hopefully they will come out with a patch to fix.

The rechargeable battery that comes with the controller does not last long with a full charge. I suspect this is because I didn't properly charge it in the first place. Is there a way to reset the battery?

r u sure cause my sony controller that i use when i charge is i could swear it lasts about 25 hrs at least i play alot tho

My PS3 makes an loud fan noise and it bothers when my family when they sleeps cause i play in the morning.So i was thinking should i but but i heard that Nyko made an intercooler for the Xbox 360 and it crash the 360 down i im pretty scared it might do that to the PS3

No don't buy it its a waste of money the ps3 has its own inner cooling system.You might have to take it back if it does it constantly.
