Nascar 08 PS3

I need help on the chase for nascar 08 on ps3. I am at Talladega racing and my car is slow and i keep on falling back. I stay in draft with other cars but it does not work. I trying to win this contract but i am stuck. Please help.

I got Nascar 08 for Xmas on PS3, & unlike my other games, it is playing in black & white. I have been told there is some way to alter the settings, to solve this. Does anyone know these settings?.

I got ps3 for xmas wit Fifa 08 and NHL08 both play in B+W on different Tvs but when i put it on a newer tv its ok, its probably the tv can handle the game, any how off to the sales to buy a hd!

Well besides the graphics the PS3 version has the draft wake. I have draft wake for my XBOX360 and the only way to play the game is to get a wheel so figure in another $130 or so. Not sure how much the logitech wheel costs for the PS3 but that's what the XBOX360's wheel runs. If you don't have an HDTV then there isn't any reason to spend that kind of money. If you plan on getting HD you can drop about $2000 on a nice T.V. LCD is the only way to go when it comes to gaming in HD. If you're a hardcore gamer and you are going to get GTA4 and some other games coming out this fall I guess that's cool but think very hard before you drop $600 on a new system and if you were thinking about doing it just for NASCAR 08 I think that's a horrible mistake. I made the move but it was for more than one reason and went out and bought a 50" HDTV. I honestly don't think it's worth buying a PS3 just for NASCAR 08. It's a great game but holy crap that's a lot of money. If you don't have an HDTV then I strongly suggest not doing it. If you have HDTV and want to drop that kind of money I guess that's cool but make sure it's for more than just the sake of getting NASCAR 08 and if you are going to do it, get a wheel, it's the only way to go!!!! I need a Setup for Kansas Speedway. Something that will last a while in terms of tires and something that can make it stick better to the bottom. I'm runnin 30.5 as my fastest, averaging at 30.7.
