20gb PS3

should i buy a used 20gb ps3

I have a 20. I didn't save a lot of trailers and such on it, so it lasted me until just recently when game saves and such took me down to 7, so I put in a new 250GB drive.

So it should last you a good while.

I have a 20gb PS3 and wireless internet. I wanna play online games so if I could get any help, that'd be great
I don't mean wireless via Wifi. I meant something added to it. Like a Linksys thing for a computer. I apologize for not being totally tech literate or wording it right.

I don't think you can. You might consider a wireless USB port, but I don't know how you would install the hardware drivers.

With so many people complaining about the 40GB PS3's limitations, should Sony have stuck with 20GB ?

The 20GB version was backward compatible although it lacked wi-fi and media card reader capability. The 40 GB is not backwards compatible and it doesn't support SACD (Super Audio CD) or media card reading capabilities.

All in all considering the disastrous fiasco that Sony has made with their PS3 marketing campaign, I feel they should have kept the 20GB version for those who still want the ability to play their PS2 games. The limitations of the 40GB PS3 has crippled sony's sales of their PS3 consoles. For $399 the 40GB PS3 is lighter on the pockets but it lacks the true grit of what the PS3 system should have been.

Maybe later on down the road, Sony will release some PS2 software emulator for the 40GB PS3 so PS2 games can be played on it.

I bought a 20gb ps3 and wireless internet isn't working.
Help!?
Anything else that serves as the linksys ethernet because i bought one of those and it didn't work.

The 20GB ps3 does not have built in WiFi, only a ethernet connection.

All you can do now is to buy a wireless adapter that will recept the wireless signal and send the internet into the PS3 through the ethernet cable.

bad mistake if every body would look at the bigger picture what console has the most hardware failures? MICROSOFT
besides blockbuster dont take consoles and gamestop gives shity credit
