Is Call of Duty World at War for the Wii Compatible with a Gamecube Controller? Or do you have to use the wii remote to point?

Call of duty World at War is not compatible with the gamecube controller because in order to aim, you need to point it at the screen. that makes it harder than on the Xbox or Playstation 3 to play. Many people will say that call of duty on the Wii is a waste of money because there is no Nazi Zombies. i disagree. the graphics are worse but it is still the same game

i got the game and i started playing but it was a little dificult with the wii zapper. can anyone answer if a can play with a gamecube controller or a controller thats NOT the wii remote or the wii zapper?

Sorry you can't play it with a Gamecube controller. I'm 100% positive. Read the subscription on the back on the Wii cover that say what controller you use.

No its impossible because the gamecube controllers on the wii will say on back of the boxes of the games and doesn ot say for codwaw

but trust me you'll get used to it and start owning right away =P

I Don't think You can. because i have the game and it doesn't have anything about it in the manuel. plus you use the remote pointer to aim. I dunno though but if your gonna but the game for that reason don't risk it. though it is a decent game. Though they took out all the things i and many wii users were looking for such as Nazi zombie game. Oh well Though
